   Kirk was President of the Greater Lewisville/ Lake Cities Home and Apartment Builders

   Association for two years in 1990 and 1991. Kirk has been a partner in a residential

   real estate brokerage office for many years, built custom homes all over the Metroplex

   for fifteen years, has bought and sold raw land, investment new and pre-owned

   homes, developed land for sale to new home builders, and sold new homes for 4 large

   national homebuilders in the D/FW Metroplex. Kirk's wide range of experience with
