Get more loans closed with our help:

* If your prospect doesn’t qualify now (with no realtor) then we can probably do a lease purchase for them on a new home with our investor group;

            The L.O. could get 2 loans;

                        -1 for our investor (we control who the investor uses)

                        -1 for the client in 1 year

* If you have pre-qualified your prospect and they are shopping for a home (with no realtor) and has already selected a price range and area…

We will give up 1.5 pts to solidify their loan with you and find them their new home (and if prospect doesn’t use you they don’t get the 1.5 pts)

* If your prospect has a current home to sell before they can buy a new home…

-We can do a Guaranteed Buyout on their current home and represent them on the new home

            -We give the L.O. a referral fee

* If your prospect has an apartment lease to buyout before buying a new home…

            -We represent them and buyout their lease by reducing our commission

            -We give L.O. a referral fee

 Notes:

We review each transaction to determine whether it will work “win-win” for all parties.

We prefer to work with new homes in the D/FW area, but will look at other alternatives also.

We pay L.O.’s referral fees for investors who join our investor group (we would be glad to e-mail you a sample proforma).
